These terms govern the use of the institutional website voltgrid.factorya.com.br and the initial relationship with Volt.Grid, a division of Innvicton, operated by Instituto Innvicton Ltda, CNPJ 23.285.285/0001-50.

This site presents Volt.Grid products and services and allows submission of proposals and contact requests. It does not constitute a binding offer of service, which will be formalized through a specific contract after due review.

Submitting information through forms authorizes Volt.Grid to contact you using the channels provided, in compliance with Brazilian Federal Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

Brands, logos, copy, images and visual elements on this site are owned by Innvicton or used under license. Reproduction without prior written authorization is forbidden.
4. Limitation of liability
Content is informative. Volt.Grid is not liable for decisions made solely on the published material, without a proper technical and commercial contract.
5. Jurisdiction
The court of Itapema, SC, Brazil is elected to settle any matters arising from these terms, with waiver of any other, however privileged.
