This policy describes how Volt.Grid collects, uses and protects personal data under Brazilian Federal Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD).
1. Data we collect
We collect name, company, role, email, phone and messages voluntarily submitted via forms. Anonymous browsing data may be collected through strictly necessary cookies.
2. How we use it
We use data to reply to your request, send related technical materials, conduct commercial negotiation and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing. Sharing only happens with essential infrastructure providers, under confidentiality agreement, or by legal requirement.
4. Where data lives
Data is stored on servers located in Brazil, with encryption in transit and at rest, role based access control and audit.
5. Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of your data at any time, under article 18 of LGPD, by writing to privacidade@voltgrid.factorya.com.br.
